Maven is the largest family and female telemedicine network, offering care in more than 20 specialties and supporting over 30 languages.

Kate Ryder, Maven’s passionate founder, started Maven in 2016 as a scrappy group of healthcare outsiders who saw firsthand the gaps in care that women face, particularly around access to birth control, fertility treatment and pregnancy and postpartum care. Bolstered by the experience of investing in Teladoc, Icon understood the path forward for healthcare and was thrilled to invest in Maven in 2020. This stellar team will continue to change the paradigm for how employers and healthcare plans can deliver better outcomes for everyone.
