Nick has successfully opened the Japan market for more than 30 companies including FireEye (FEYE), Palo Alto Networks (PANW), Proofpoint (PFPT), Aster Data Systems (Teradata), Voltage Security (HP), 41st Parameter (Experian), Mimosa Systems (Iron Mountain), Meebo (Google), WGT (Topgolf International) and SiTime (MegaChips).  Before rejoining Icon, Nick led the FireEye Japan sales team.  He built this team and established the market presence and ecosystem for FireEye in Japan from scratch, achieving $6M in revenue in the first year and growing it to $35M revenue with 100+ local employees in three years.  Nick received annual awards as manager and individual contributor for four consecutive years over his tenure at FireEye.  Nick started his career as an engineer at Oracle, where he received the Best Technical Analyst award.  He then held product management and business development roles for Oracle Application Servers, which became the market leader in Japan.

Nick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sophia University in Japan.
